Google blocked the connection
Liam is a new app still pending Google's review. Personal Gmail accounts can continue past the warning, but Google Workspace accounts are blocked by their organization's policy until the app is approved. Nothing is wrong with your account.
What you can do right now
Accept an invite & collaborate
If a colleague or counterparty invited you, you can use Liam with them right away — no inbox access needed. Open the invite link from your email to join their shared workspace.
Connect Outlook instead
Outlook works without the Google block. On the sign-in screen, choose Continue with Outlook / email — create an account, then connect Outlook on the next screen.
Use a personal @gmail.com account
Personal Gmail accounts get a skippable “unverified app” warning, not a hard block. Tap Advanced → Continue to Liam to proceed.
On a Workspace account? Two ways forward
- Ask your Workspace admin to allow Liam. Admin console → Security → API controls → App access control → mark Liam's OAuth client as Trusted.
- Or wait for Liam's Google verification— it's in progress, and the block lifts automatically once approved.
